What AI assistants say about your company, checked against your site
We ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity about your company the way a buyer would ask: what it does, who it is for, what it sells and how much it costs. You get each answer as it was written, and under it every fact we can check: prices, where the company is based, when it was founded, the license, contacts and the website address. Each one we look up on your pages and quote the sentence where we found it. The free check does this with ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, and the $5 check does it with all 4.
What it looks like on a real site
A real audit of a paid, open-source web analytics service. We removed the name and the numbers.
All four assistants recognised the company and spoke well of it: each one called it the best at what it does. The report shows those words next to the tone, so you can see what the tone is based on.
All four named the entry price. The site states the same price, and the report puts the sentence from the site next to the answer.
Two assistants named a higher tier price, and two said which country the company is from. We did not find these on the pages we read: the higher price is shown only by an interactive slider, and the country is written on a legal page outside the set. The report marks them "not on the pages we read", not as mistakes.
No contradictions here does not mean every word of the answers is right: we check only the kinds of facts named at the top of this page.
Why an error is worse than no mention
If an assistant does not name you, you lose a buyer who did not learn about you. That is bad, but it is a missed chance.
If an assistant names you with wrong prices, mixes you up with a competitor or says you closed, you lose a buyer who was already coming to you. They asked about you, got a wrong answer and believed it, because they did not check.
This kind of error is hard to find yourself. You cannot see it in search or in analytics: the person simply does not come. You can only find out one way: ask the assistant yourself. And you must ask all of them, because they answer differently.
What exactly we check
There is one question, the same for every assistant we ask. The assistant can search the internet, like a normal user.
The facts are looked up in the text of your website. It is not only the homepage: every page we collected goes into the comparison — up to 10 on a check. How many pages were really read is written in the report next to the result.
For each assistant you get four things: does it recognise your company or describe someone else; its answer, word for word; the facts from the answer, each marked "on your site", "your site says otherwise" or "not on the pages we read"; the tone of the answer — does it speak well of you, neutrally or poorly, with the words that show it.
If the assistants give different founding years for your company, the report shows them side by side.
What we do not count as an error
"The site does not say this" is not an assistant error. We read part of the site, not all of it, and we cannot prove from that part that the fact is absent. Such facts are marked "not on the pages we read", even if the assistant speaks with confidence.
"Your site says otherwise" appears only where a site states one value and the assistant names a different one: the country, the founding year, the license, the website address. Prices, emails and phones are only ever "on your site" or "not on the pages we read": a site often has several of them, and a price that is not on the page proves nothing.
We do not judge the rest of the answer: what the company does, who it is for, which services it has. If an assistant invents a service, the report shows its answer, but does not mark that as a mistake.
If an assistant did not recognise your company, we do not compare its facts with your site: they may be about someone else.
How much it costs
It is not sold on its own: the comparison comes inside a check. The free check asks ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity about your company — and puts your buyers' questions to those same 3. The $5 check from your balance asks all 4 and puts every question in the project to them as well. A full audit does the same, and on top of that scores your pages and writes fixes. If the check did not happen — the site did not open, or the measurement failed — the money goes back to your balance.
The answers of every check and every audit are saved in the project. When something holds in the last two checks and was different before — an assistant stopped recognising you, named a fact your site states differently, stopped doing so, or started to speak poorly of you — it shows up in the feed.
Find out what assistants say about you
No card. The free check compares the answers of 3 assistants; for $5 you get all 4 and every question your buyers ask.
What this is not
- This is not fixing answers. We cannot make ChatGPT or Gemini tell the truth about you, and we do not promise it. We show what they say, and which of it your site confirms or states differently.
- This is not a check of the whole site. The comparison is based on the part we read, and the report names that part with a number of pages.
- This is not monitoring reviews and social media mentions. We only check the answers of AI assistants to a direct question about the company.
- This is not a permanent truth. An assistant may answer differently tomorrow to the same question. One check is a snapshot of one day. A series of checks shows a trend.
Questions
- How do I find out what ChatGPT says about my company?
- Ask it yourself what your company does and how much its services cost. We do the same, but for 4 assistants at once, and compare the answers with your website, so you do not have to read 4 long texts looking for mistakes.
- Why does an assistant mix up my company with another?
- Most often because of a similar name, or because there is little text about your company on the internet, and a lot about a nearby one. The report marks such an answer "did not recognise you" and shows it in full, so you can see who it describes instead. We cannot find the reason from one answer.
- Can I fix what AI says about a company?
- Not directly, not with us and not with anyone else. You can make the facts clear on your website: prices, services, who you are and where you are. A full audit gives ready markup and tasks for the page texts. We cannot promise in advance that they will help in a specific answer.
- How is the paid check different from the free one?
- By what is in it, not by what it does. The free one asks 3 of the 4 assistants about the company and takes the first 3 buyer questions from your list. The $5 check asks all 4 and puts every question in the project — up to 8 — to them. The steps are the same, and neither one scores your pages or writes fixes: that is the full audit.
- What if the assistant knows nothing about us?
- The report says so: did not recognise you. This is a separate result, not an error. If it confidently describes someone with a similar name, it is marked the same way, and its answer is shown in full.
