What a paid plan does not buy
- It does not buy a mention. A bigger plan watches more sites in more markets; it does not make a model name you.
- It does not buy placement in AI answers. Nobody sells that — the assistants are not an ad network, and any tool claiming otherwise is selling you a story.
- It does not buy a stable number. Model answers drift between runs even when your site has not changed, which is exactly why we track a line over time instead of one score.
- Cancelling stops the re-checks, not your access. Reports you already paid for stay in your account.
Questions people actually ask
- What counts as a "buyer question"?
- One real question a customer would type, like "best CRM for a small law firm". We put each question to all four models and record whether you were named, whether your site was cited, and who got recommended instead. One question therefore means four checks, not one.
- Why re-check at all? Does the answer really change?
- More than you'd expect. AI answers are not fixed: the same question asked twice can name different brands, and the models search the live web, so a new review thread or a competitor's new comparison page can push you out within days. Model updates shift things overnight too. A single check is a snapshot; regular checks are what turn it into a reliable rate you can act on.
- What does "full report with fixes, once a month" mean?
- Measuring is not what that number limits. On a paid plan we re-run your questions across all four models every week, and those re-checks touch no counter at all. The number is the full report: the deep pass that reads your site again and writes new fixes, a verdict and the priority actions. Other tools count only the questions they track; we count the questions and the write-ups, because the write-up is the expensive half.
- How often do you re-check, and what happens if I drop?
- Pro and Max re-check every week. If your visibility falls sharply between two checks, we do more than draw it on the chart: we work out what changed, the likely cause and what to do first, and email that to you. It is deliberately short — a diagnosis, not a second full report.
- Will you fill my inbox?
- No. We write on events only: when a run you started is ready, and when your visibility moves sharply — a drop, or a jump worth celebrating. There is no weekly "everything is fine" digest — that is the email people mute, and it takes the important one down with it.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from your billing page. The plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and your reports stay available.
